About Us

Confident Cashflow was founded in 2017 and is still run by Nicki Kinton. The business is based in Swindon, Wiltshire but helps clients all over the UK.

Nicki is a credit management professional with considerable experience in working with businesses to ease the pain of not being in control of their credit terms.

Her career has been spent working in multi-million- and billion-pound businesses where every decision made regarding credit management is not only critical but needs to be well managed within a clear framework.

Nicki’s decision to strike out with her own business centred around her belief that smaller businesses also have the right to access this type of control. In most cases they don’t even know it exists

From sole traders to £billion corporates, it matters that the right decisions are made with regards to giving someone credit, even if that is simply the time period we give a client to pay an invoice. It’s only right that a business feels in control of this activity given the, often severe, impact when things go wrong.

Nicki’s love of all things numbers stems from work experience at her father’s accountancy practice. She worked with him while at school and university and later went on to become one of the first people to hold a First-Class BA Hons degree in credit management.
She is qualified with the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM).

When she’s not in the office, Nicki loves music and being outside with her dog, Bella, a Labrador/Malinois cross.

She’s a keen musician, playing French Horn with several orchestras, including The Film Orchestra, Swindon Symphony Orchestra and Marlborough Concert Orchestra.

As a rugby lover, Nicki is an avid Leicester Tigers fan, and supports the national team whenever she can get to a match.

If she has any spare time, Nicki enjoys collecting (and drinking, of course) different gins. She currently has over 200! She reads to unwind and is a fan of crime fiction.
